Southern Cities Clinic
Located in Faribault, MN, the Southern Cities Clinic is an outpatient psychiatric clinic that specializes in caring for adults with severe and persistent mental illness as well as adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental illness or behavior disorders.
While patients make in-person visits to the clinic for initial assessments and whenever deemed appropriate by the treatment team, most psychiatric appointments are conducted over video. Staff may also do occasional home visits.

All requests for appointments are screened by our nursing staff to determine appropriateness for our clinic.

Southern Cities Clinic limits services to a unique population of patients. We focus primarily on treating individuals whose conditions are so complex or difficult to manage that other community-based health care providers cannot or will not serve them.

Direct Care and Treatment offers a wide range of services for adults, including inpatient behavioral health care, substance-use disorder treatment, crisis services, special care dental clinics, residential and vocational services and sex offender treatment.
