Inspire Services
Inspire Services, LLC provides accessible, person-centered mental health and substance use treatment. Services include individual, family, and couples counseling, psychological evaluations, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychiatry, Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Treatment (SUD-IOP), certified peer recovery support, and residential care.

Individuals and families across southern Minnesota, with clinic locations in Montgomery, St. Peter, and New Ulm, and telehealth services available statewide.
Services Offered:
Mental Health Therapy includes individual, couples, family, and group counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and relationship or life stress. Therapists draw on CBT, DBT, EMDR, supportive therapy, starting with an initial consultation and building a personalized care plan from there.
Psychiatry covers comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma-related conditions, with ongoing monitoring and coordination with a client’s therapist. GeneSight testing is also available to help guide medication decisions based on genetic factors.
Substance Use Treatment takes a holistic approach, addressing underlying factors like trauma alongside the substance use itself. It includes assessments, outpatient treatment (individual and group), peer recovery support from specialists with lived experience, specialized co-occurring disorder treatment for clients managing both substance use and mental health conditions, and DUI risk reduction programs, using CBT, motivational interviewing, and DBT.
ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services) provides in-home and community-based support for adults 18+ with a serious mental illness diagnosis, focused on practical skills like household management, budgeting, medication management, and stress reduction, rather than traditional clinic-based therapy.
Community Residential Services (CRS) offers licensed homes where adults receive 24/7 support from trained staff for daily living, medication management, and community engagement. Inspire operates five residential homes across Montgomery, Le Center, and St. Peter.

Services are only available in English.
Financial Considerations:
No one will be turned away due to financial constraints. Inspire offers sliding scale fees and a certified MNsure Navigator to help with insurance, insulin programs and behavioral health aid.
