Language Considerations:

Service available in Somali and Swahili through fluent staff.

Alliance Wellness Center also utilizes professional interpretation services, including phone-based language lines and scheduled in-person or virtual interpreters, to ensure clients can fully understand and participate in their care. In addition, they make efforts to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services whenever possible, including bilingual staff and translated materials, to support effective communication and equitable access to treatment.

Financial Considerations:

We work with clients to explore eligibility for public insurance programs such as Medicaid and assist with the application process when needed. In addition, we provide referrals to community-based resources, offer care coordination, and, when possible, utilize grant-funded or sliding fee options to help reduce financial barriers and ensure access to needed behavioral health services.
