Oyekolawa’s experience as a human resources and organizational development professional spans more than 15 years working in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors as a HR generalist, HR business partner, HR manager and OD consultant.
He has enjoyed a rewarding experience working with nonprofit and mission-driven organizations internationally and in Minnesota.
He is a senior certified member of the SHRM USA, HRCI USA, CIPD UK, and CPHR Canada. His passion has remained consistent in building supportive workplace cultures, strengthening teams, and helping organizations grow in ways that align with their missions and values.
Fun Fact: Oyekolawa is an avid reader who loves to turn complex ideas into something practical, can shift from deep reflection to analyzing a soccer game, and still finds time every day for a good walk, even when it’s chilly.
