EOSIS has residential treatment centers in Moorhead, Sauk Rapids, Stillwater, East Grand Forks, Mahtomedi, St. Paul, Pine City, and Waverly, Minnesota.
Services Offered:
Inpatient and Outpatient treatment include individual and group therapy with licensed staff, individualized treatment programs, and medication assisted treatment. Specialty programs for health care providers and other professionals, justice-involved individuals, and LGBTQ+ people are also available.
