Nicole provides individual therapy for ages 18+ covering a variety of conditions. Nicole has specialized in perinatal mental health (anything related to pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and/or pregnancy/infant loss) since 2012.

I am experienced in working with individuals who are struggling with the stress of managing family, relationships and work. I can help if you feel unbalanced, struggle with mood, anxiety or feelings of general unhappiness and frustration, or if you seem to always feel bad or “guilty.”

Life stressors can impact our ability to function well in relationships. I help clients explore healthy ways of coping. We will also focus on how family members can increase positive interactions with each other.

I have additional training in working with clients in their pregnancy and postpartum journey, including infertility and pregnancy/infant loss. I am also trained to provide Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to treat trauma/anxiety/fears in adults.

Language Considerations:

Services are primarily available in English, but can be provided via a language line interpreter.

Financial Considerations:

Nicole is in network with most major insurance companies including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Medica, UHC, MA, UCare, Blue Plus, HealthPartners, Optum. No additional resources are available for uninsured/underinsured individuals.
