Center for Healing and Resilience
Dr. Dorothee Ischler has been practicing in Northfield since 1986, providing compassionate, individualized therapy for adults and couples. Her approach is holistic and trauma-informed, drawing from extensive training in EMDR, DBT, and evidence-based approaches to individual and couples therapy. She believes therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
For clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual lives into therapy, Dr. Ischler also offers faith-integrated therapy, bringing psychological understanding and spirituality together in a respectful, client-centered way.
